Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel a Bluntlee subscription or close your account, when a cancellation takes effect, and how payments are handled. Please read it carefully before starting or cancelling a paid plan.
Overview
You may cancel your Bluntlee subscription or account at any time. This policy applies to all paid plans and memberships offered through the Bluntlee app and website, and should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Subscription & Membership Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings within the app. When you cancel:
Your cancellation stops automatic renewal of your plan. You will keep access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your plan will not renew. Bluntlee does not charge a separate cancellation fee.
No Refunds
Payments Are Non-Refundable
All payments and fees made to Bluntlee are final. Cancelling prevents future charges only — it does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
App Store & Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that subscription is billed and managed by the relevant app store. To cancel, you must manage the subscription directly in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations and any billing disputes for those purchases are subject to the terms and policies of the respective app store.
Returns
Bluntlee provides digital services, memberships, and app-based subscription access. We do not ship or sell physical products through the website, so physical product returns do not apply. Subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled according to this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings in the Bluntlee app. To request help with cancellation, a billing review, or a refund where required by applicable law, customers may contact us at BluntleeApp@gmail.com .
Please include the account email address, subscription details, transaction ID if available, and the reason for the request. Bluntlee will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cancellations must be completed before the next billing renewal date to avoid future charges. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund charges already paid for the current billing period, except where required by applicable law.
7. Account Cancellation & Data Deletion
You may permanently close your account at any time. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription managed directly by Bluntlee. To request account deletion, visit our Delete Account page. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you within the app. Continued use of Bluntlee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
